Chinese tea · shop 24
Every tea in the range gets the same treatment: stacked condensed caps, a batch line, one acid-yellow strip. The leaf photograph does the rest.

The design language here is borrowed from technical manuals and hazard printing: condensed caps that run out of the page, a monospaced block of origin and process, crosshairs where a printer would trim. One acid-yellow strip per page is the only colour, so the leaf stays the darkest thing on screen. It suits fermented pu-erh, which is a dense industrial object before it is a drink — it survives being labelled like machinery. Nothing is illustrated: the nuggets you see are photographed, at the scale they arrive in.
